We visited a recent convert (Meli) and he had just caught an eel behind their house.
                                                    It was still alive and wiggling in the pot! 

                                                We got to help him kill, clean and cook it.

                                                          I'm scraping off the slime!

                       Surprisingly it was pretty good.  The skin was a little chewy, but it was yummy!
